Aramid Cord Wrapped Belt

1. Robust belt quality    Belts are critical wearing parts for combine harvesters and industrial equipment. With Ruiniu’s proprietary rubber formula, our Wrapped V-belts feature high aramid cord tensile strength, low elongation, excellent wear resistance and heat resistance. They reliably adapt to the rising horsepower and heavier working loads of modern harvesters. Our full product range covers wheel-type combine harvesters, crawler combine harvesters and imported harvesters as well as industrial equipment including oil field equipment.  2. Deep partnership with leading OEM clients Ruiniu serves as an reliable supplier for top international harvester manufacturers including CLAAS, KUBOTA, CNH, and core supplier for top chinese harvester maufacturers in...

Possessing a CNAS (China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment) accredited lab inside a rubber V-belt manufacturers means this manufacturer possesses an in-house quality control center that is formally recognized to international standards (ISO/IEC 17025). It is very important symbol of technical strength and quality control capability for V-belt manufacturers.   1.The testing system complies with international standards. Laboratory personnel, instruments, metrological calibration, test methods, sample management and original records have passed CNAS on-site assessment. Key performance tests of V-belts, such as tensile strength, fatigue life, heat aging, elongation, dimensional tolerance, abrasion resistance and flex endurance, can be implemented in-house wi...
