• Wuxi Zhonghui Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. was established.

   

2008

• Became a member of the "National Technical Committee for Belt and Pulley Standardization.”

   

2009

• "Zhongliang" rubber belts certified as Jiangsu Famous Brand Product.

2011

• Recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise
  R&D center designated as Jiangsu Provincial Belt Drive System Engineering Research Center

2012

• Awarded Leading Agricultural Machinery Components Enterprise in China

   

2013

• The "Zhongliang" brand was certified as a Jiangsu Famous Trademark. That same year, the company was successively recognized as a "Contract-Abiding & Creditworthy Enterprise" and a "Jiangsu Technology-Based Small/Medium Enterprise".

2014

• Rated as an "AAA Credit Enterprise" by the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association (CAMIA). That same year, its "Zhongliang" brand agricultural drive belts were honored with the "China Agricultural Machinery Parts Innovation Award".

2015

• Certified as a "Jiangsu Private Technology Enterprise". That same year, its Lightweight V-Belts for Agricultural Machinery were honored with the "China Agricultural Machinery Industry Annual Quality Parts Award".

2016

• Undertook the Jiangsu Provincial Major Scientific Achievement Transformation Project: "Key Technologies and Industrialization of High-Performance Drive Belts for Combine Harvesters". That same year, its Lightweight V-Ribbed Belts for Agricultural Machinery were honored with the "China Agricultural Machinery Industry Annual Quality Parts Award".

2017

• The company’s project "R&D and Industrialization of High-Performance Lightweight Transmission Belts" was awarded the Third Prize in Wuxi Scientific Progress Awards. That same year, the project "R&D and Industrialization of High-Performance Lightweight Transmission Belts for Agricultural Machinery" received the Second Prize in Agricultural Machinery Science and Technology Awards. Concurrently, the company’s R&D center was certified as a Jiangsu Provincial Enterprise Technology Center.

2018

• The laboratory was accredited as a "National CNAS Laboratory", and the product *High-Performance V-Belt C2445 for Agricultural Machinery* was honored with the "China Agricultural Machinery Industry Annual Quality Parts Award". That same year, the company was recognized as one of the "Top Ten Belt Manufacturers in China".

2020

• The "Zhongliang" brand was recognized as a "China Well-Known Trademark". That same year, the company was honored as an "Outstanding Unit in Standardization Work by the National Technical Committee for Standardization of Belts and Pulleys"

2021

• Completed 100% acquisition of Maanshan Ruisheng Trade and Industry Co., Ltd.

   

2022

• Following its conversion to a joint-stock structure and renaming as  "Ruiniu Stock Company Limited", while also investing in the establishment of:

  • Anhui Zhongliang Intelligent Transmission Technology Co., Ltd.
  • Wuxi Zhonghui Transmission Technology Co., Ltd

2024

• Expanding into global markets, the company has established multiple overseas subsidiaries including Ruiniu (Thailand overseas factory), Ruiniu (Singapore investment and trading office), and Global Stream (USA sales office)
